Submerging into nature

What can I say, it used to be a different deal. Just like any tourist basically, or any local, ending up in a gay cruising area like the rosarium in Vondelpark during the dark hours. I feel that these days, places like this area in the most central park of Amsterdam, deserve a little extra attention, for they can be magical in a mystical, spiritual kind of way. For there is life amongst the bushes and there are shadow merging into others, while there are newcomers appearing from trees, before submerging again into nature. The gay spirit is felt here.Spooky! For us as visitors it is the terribly cold climate we can only try to adjust ourselves to. months after visiting 'Rosarium' or 'Rozentuin' during the late hours. Whoever said global warming!

Spiritual appearances

There are appearances of the spiritual kind in this place in the park and walking the field amidst the misty rose garden fields. Don't try to count them. They appear to multiply before downloading again whilst in the horizon the colourful lights in the sky hint at a mirage or a Fata Morgana of an Oriental kind or with a Moorish architecture. Fossils, UFO's, a cortidor or anything that hints to an escape from this God forsaken town I never seem be able to leave. Mean reason.

Gay or straight

Sometimes it feels as if the old 'gay or straight' dogma has been replaced by the newer idea of 'being sexual" or "being asexual," that divides us. We have moved closer to one another in one way and further apart in different worlds or so it seems. Another dimension. A different state of mind.I played Farolito by Gloria Estefan, Fotia by Anna Vissi and voodoo by Kylie Minogue on my phone. Nature responds to this. Either way, this past years it has dawned upon me that it I'd not just the physical act of sexuality between men that attracts me, but all the more so the way to acquire it, something that should not be so difficult, or, fir others, something that could be a little bit more difficult.
