New art web shop: 'In my work there are never no go areas'
Leon Mussche is launching a new web shop that will offer images covering current affairs and subjects that are
not yet covered by traditional media. 'I try to unravel secrets in my work, as well as define a new common ground
for religions and science to include topics that are still a taboo for some, or a world yet undiscovered for others.'
It is the intention this web shop will have other contributors and be a visual source to start an open dialogue on subjects
as yet uncovered, or kept under the lid. Life, death, religion, cultural differences, science, language, sex, computers, natural progression, nationalities and pseudo-teritorities, IT and the progression of new life, cloning and innovations that should invite all people to have their say. Sometimes an image tells more than a thousand words.
Opinions can never be bought but a modest sponsorship to upgrade to a domain and enable payments is requested.
For the moment, an art work can be purchased through Paypal as this site is still under construction.
I am looking for a modest investmentr in this new venture that combines news, innovation and unique hand-made art works and sells these in a web shop. Buying a unique piece will automatically enable networking opportunities. There will be collaborations with other artists, entrepeneurs and illustrators as well. I am of the opinion that because of the enormous quantity of generated digital images and the speed of AV and gaming aesthetics, there is a need for hand-made drawings and images that convey feelings on certain subjects, in particular in our communal quest to get the full grasp on nature, nurture, religion, sexuality and everything else that drives us in one direction or in all directions at the same time. The images will also illustrate the new world as we have in mind and not shy away from subjects like religion or sexuality. The investments would in principle entail the cost of web billing API and domain (ca. 200 euros/year).
